Enchant Vertical Dance
Have you looked at pictures and videos of ballerinas doing those amazing flexibility moves and said to yourself “there is no way I could ever do that”? Well, we believe that with dedication and proper training, you can! This class will not only focus on the active flexibility and alignment needed to pull off those beautiful stretches, but will also do it in such a was as to ensure long term muscle health and stability.
This class will start with a nice soothing warmup and then it’s time to stretch! Your instructor will take you through passive and active stretches that will stretch out your entire body. Do you have any specific flexibility goals? Let your instructor know and they will give you stretches to help you get there.
